Attorney Kevin Adley

Attorney Kevin Adley is an accomplished trial lawyer who focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, mass tort litigation for plaintiffs, first party insurance claims and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Adley handles commercial matters in several areas including contract claims, fiduciary duty matters, real estate transactions, patters, and institutional investor claims. Attorney Kevin Adley has tried cases to jury verdict as first chair in both state and federal courts

Kevin Adley received his B.B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.  After receiving a degree in Finance, Kevin continued his education at South Texas College of Law in Houston Texas. He received his J.D. in 1994 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas the same year. Mr. Adley began his private practice with the Dampier & Watson law firm. After refining his litigation skills, Kevin developed his plaintiff personal injury practice and began representing consumers in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. 

Kevin’s trial practice includes representing clients in the prosecution of serious injury cases, such as burns, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries and wrongful death suits. He has taken on and successfully resolved significant cases against many of the largest corporate defendants.

Kevin is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law which places him in the top 2% of attorneys statewide.
